Does a market cost my property anything?
No. We cover the market, delivery, setup, stocking, cleaning and service. Your property provides the spot and a standard outlet.
What does it need to run?
A standard wall outlet. Most of our markets connect over their own cellular signal, so they usually don't need your Wi-Fi.
How much space does it take?
Very little. Each market is about 6 feet tall and 3 feet wide, so it fits easily in a lounge, lobby, mailroom or gym.
How do people pay?
They scan the QR code on the market with their phone camera and pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Some locations also have a card reader. There's no cash and no app to download.
How often is it restocked?
We track every market's inventory remotely and restock based on what's selling, so shelves stay full without a fixed schedule.
Can residents request products?
Yes. We tune each market to its location and add favorites that residents and staff ask for.
What if something breaks or a charge looks wrong?
Contact us and we'll take care of it. Repairs and service are on us. For a billing question, email yunus@marketandpantryco.com with the date, time and location of the purchase.
Is there a commitment to get started?
No. Every new location starts with a no-commitment period, so you can see how residents use the market first. If it isn't a fit, we'll pick it up at no cost. The market is always free for your property.
What shows on the screen?
Product promotions and select ads chosen to fit your residents or members. We keep the screen clean and on-brand for your space.
Which areas do you serve?
